Club Colts Ethos

“Cheam C.C. welcomes all junior players, regardless of ability. It is hoped that all junior cricketers will learn to play cricket at Cheam in a sporting and fair way, with the ideals of teamwork, fair play and sportsmanship being uppermost in everyone’s mind. The winning of games, which is obviously hoped for, is however, seen as secondary in relation to the ethos described above.

I hope that all parents are in agreement with this ideal and are supportive and sympathetic in helping team managers and players foster this approach.
